In a note dated 4 July, the Electricity of Haiti (EDH) reminds the public institutions, parastatals, autonomous organizations, the obligation made to them to include in their draft budget 2017-2018 (paragraph 203) the amount of funding to pay for the electricity consumption in the next fiscal year. To this end, a correspondence indicating the amount of estimated average energy consumption to be entered in the Budget will be sent shortly by the EDH to each State entity.
