In welcoming these new executives , Minister Cadet insisted that this was not a favor, stressing that these people are graduates in education and administrative sciences, will put their skills at the service of the State by bringing their knowledge. Through this action, the Minister also intends to raise awareness of people with special needs who deserve the full attention of society, who must better supervise and support them.

Secretary of State Gérald Oriol jr. welcomed the Ministry's initiative for the disabled, which also has a contribution to make in the development of society, stressing "This is a commendable initiative that other institutions must follow in order to comply with the legal requirements that recommend at least 2% of these people in the public administration."
