Haiti - FLASH : Frauds at MICT, 5 employees and 2 executives questioned by the courts

Following the discovery by the Ministry of Finance of a fraud on several million Gourdes within the Minister of the Interior and Territorial Communities (MICT) https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-22489-haiti-flash-network-of-counterfeiters-within-the-ministry-of-the-interior.html 7 people (5 employees, the administrator and the Chief Accountant of the Ministry) were interpellated Tuesday, October 31 and questioned by Ocname Clamé Daméus the Commissioner of the Government of Port-au-Prince around their alleged involvement in fraud, misappropriation of funds and corruption within the Ministry of the Interior.
In addition, the Director and a member of the UCO, an exchange office for their alleged involvement in this fraud, were also questioned...
