Haiti - Elections : Today or tomorrow ?
In front of an empty table covered with a blue tissue, and an empty chair the national and international journalists are waiting, some for many hours the publication of the final results of the first round of elections of 28 November 2010 without knowing what is happening. Contrary to the preliminary results, the Electoral Council Election (CEP) has not issued any statement setting a time of publication.

Although everyone can see that 15 to 20 people seem to be working to finalize these results (Typing of the 108 judgments and treatment of the results).

We are obliged to note that the CEP has not only a lack of communication, but also a serious problem of planification and of respect towards the people and the media. At 9:50 p.m., no one is able to come confirm whether the results will be published within a few minutes or at 11h59pm or if quite simply, the CEP will not be able to publish them this February 2 and will have to defer them for tomorrow...
