The ceremony was held in the presence of several officials, including the Minister of Social Affairs and Labor (MAST), Stéphanie Auguste, the Secretary of State for Public Security (SESP), Ronsard St- Cyr and the Director of Human Resources of the PNH, Joseph Gaspard Hyppolite.

This symbolic distribution is part of a series that targets thousands of civil servants, including teachers, judges and workers of different companies, etc...

The Director Joseph recognized the need to better supervise the agents of the PNH despite the difficult situation of the country.
