It should be noted that the body of State Administrators will be operational in the public administrations after a two-year training that will begin in December 2017. It will be an elite body according to Pierre-Louis, who gives himself a "good report" about how the recruitment process was saying "We have an achievement that will be needed to be always reissue, because the integration of the public service must now be done through competition."

Note that the 50 laureates already have the status of trainee officials and will emerge from the national budget.

At the end of the individual presentations, it was noted that the male and female laureates come mainly from: the Faculty of Law and Economics, the National Institute of Management Administration and of the High International Studies (INAGHEI), the Faculty of Ethnology, the Ecole Normale Supérieure, the Faculty of Applied Linguistics, the Faculty of Human Sciences and the National School of Technology.

At the same time, it should also be noted that three of the laureates come from the diaspora (France, United States and Senegal).
