Haiti - Military : Floods in Port-de-Paix, the Engineering Corps in action

Since Monday morning a contingent of soldiers of the Engineering Corps of Armed Forces of Haiti, equipped with heavy machineries is in action in Port-de-Paix to provide assistance to the people affected by the torrential rains that have recently fallen on the Department https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-23196-haiti-weather-no-improvement-before-monday.html
The military conducted several rescue operations to limit the number of casualties. At the Avenue des Trois-Rivières where they intervene jointly with the Ministry of Public Works, under the coordination of the Departmental Delegation of North-West, they clean up the city of Capois-La-Mort, remove alluvium, clean channels etc...
