For pregnant women traveling to the Dominican Republic this insurance will cover all their expenses.

For the students, the Minister Counselor Pérez confirms that the VISA remains free, however as they will remain one year on the Dominican territory, they will have to pay this compulsory insurance to be protected in case of illness.

In summarizing the price does not change, but the bill increases to $350, and for the students the free VISA will now require paying $150 compulsory for the insurance.
