Carnival : Reminder of safety

1- Vehicles without special authorization are not allowed to travel on the course during these days;
2- Only police officers on duty have the right to carry weapons, and all firearms and white are prohibited on the course;
3- Merchants are not allowed to sell drinks in glass bottles but rather in plastic bottles
4- The activities end the first 2 days at 2 am and the last day at 3 am.
