Monday, February 19, employees of the road service of the Town Hall of Petit-Goâve denounced and condemned the action of the Mayor of Petit-Goâve, Jean Samson Limongy who turned his revolver on Charles Bonhomme, an employee of the service...

The incident occurred Monday morning around 8:00 am when Charles Bonhomme came to claim the Town Hall the payment of his 12 months of salary arrears.

"I have claimed my due... Mayor Limongy has gone against me. He pointed his gun at me saying : get out of here! Leave the gallery !" testified the employee Bonhomme...

As a sign of solidarity, a group of road workers observed a work stoppage while demanding the closure of the Town Hall and the dismissal of the Mayor. Moreover, they require the intervention of the Ministry of the Interior in this business and the full payment of salary arrears ...

Remember that this is the second time this month, that Mayor Limongy out his gun and threatens a citizen to assert his authority.
