A sister of the Minister of Education, riddled with bullets
Saint-Jeanne Cadet, senior sister of the Minister of National Education Pierre Josué Agénor Cadet, was riddled with bullets Monday night, in front of her home in Saint-Louis du Nord, by unidentified individuals riding motorcycles. The victim, suffering from at least four projectiles, died at a hospital of the city where she was rushed.
