According to the presidency, this initiative aims to encourage community action to provide more services to the most remote populations in the country. Each Mayor will benefit from a vehicle declared Moïse, who called on local officials to be patient, while urging them to ensure sound management of the state's resources at their disposal, to better serve the population and reduce pressure on the big cities. The President also took advantage of this meeting with the representatives of the Mayors Associations of the various departments, to renew his determination to work for a real decentralization of Haiti.
