Haiti - FLASH : Violent fire at «mache Bwa»

Monday a little before 11:00 pm a violent fire broke out at the "Mache Bwa", at Croix-des Bossales at the bottom of the city.
The firefighters of Port-au-Prince, Carrefour and Delmas have been mobilized, more than 6 trucks were on site to try to contain the disaster and prevent it spreads, while almost the entire market was under flames, the National Police of Haiti, civil protection agents were also on site.
Some traders were trying at the risk of their lives to save of the flames all that was still possible. The material damage is considerable; merchants' goods in the warehouses inside the market have been reduced to ashes.
In the middle of the night, the market was still burning as firefighters increased their efforts to extinguish the flames.

It is unknown until now if the origin of this fire is of accidental or criminal origin and if there are victims.
