Last hour, Guyler C. Delva, Minister of Culture and Communication, who said earlier in the day that he was going to resign, reversed his decision "I announced this afternoon that I will resign. However, I regret to announce that I will submit him my resignation in the coming hours," such is the statement of Guyler C. Delva, Minister of Culture and Communication.
