Subsidy of textbook
"The Ministry of National Education is committed to improving this year the policy of subsidizing textbooks, to allow parents to receive the books on time and in better conditions," says Meniol Young, the Director General of the Ministry.

Summons against ONA
"A summons will be sent this week to the Director General of the National Office of Old Age Insurance (ONA) to ask him to publish the list of individuals and legal beneficiaries of loans to the ONA during the last 10 years. This list must be accompanied by supporting documents for each loan granted," announces Me André Michel.

PM : 61 votes to be ratified by deputies

1,400 inmates assisted by the BAL

Fight against domestic work
Visit of technical and vocational training institutes in southern Haiti in the framework of the project "Fight against child domestic work in Haiti" funded by Canada and implemented by UNICEF. The project aims to protect children in domestic and abuse situations by removing children from families, educating families about the rights of children and ensuring the right to education for children or vocational training for youth. More than 1,700 young people, including 680 girls, will benefit from vocational training activities incorporating gender equality.
