Haiti - Elections : The camp Martelly, condemns the violences
In a press release, the office of campaign of the presidential candidate, Michel Martelly "condemns any form of intimidation or violence regardless the camp or the interest group which organises it or which practice it and denounces any tendency to systematically put them on the backs of the supporters of the candidate of change. In the same vein, the campaign office is shocked to see how the opposing camp continues to use the disinformation to infect the electoral process.

We are confident that we will be the winners of these jousts on March 20, we would have no interest to disturb this historical process in the experience of the unfortunate people of Haiti.

While waiting a position elaborated on the incidents of the Central Plateau, we ask the National Police and to the Haitian justice system to fully play their role in order to establish the responsibility.

Therefore, we call our sympathizers, supporters and voters to stay calm and serene. We are the architects of the change and that change can be done only in the peace, tolerance, the acceptance of alternating, different positions and choices. We will not fall into the traps set by the opposing party and by the traditional politicians who are master in handling and using all sorts of methods to reach or stay in power."
