Haiti - FLASH : Prime Minister named threat to resign 10/09/2018 08:16:26
Exasperated, Céant who had already had difficulties in composing his cabinet after long and painful negotiations and which refuses to yield to this blackmail, after this meeting has verbally given his resignation to the Head of State.
