Haiti - Football : League of Nations, Kevin Lafrance injured forfeit
Tuesday Djimmy-Bend Alexis, Ricardo Ade and Ronaldo Damus arrived in Martinique and trained under coach Sebastien Guia Lopez, while the fourteen other players had a separate session, led by coach Marc Collat.

Kevin Lafrance injured with his club forfeits for the match St. Lucia - Haiti October 16, 2018 (9:15 pm time Port-au-Prince, Pierre Aliker stadium, Fort-de-France, Martinique), he will not be replaced and the group stays with 17 Grenadiers.

Johny Placide (Oldham Athletic, United Kingdom), Josué Duverger (Vitória Setúbal FC B, Portugal), Mechak Jerome (Jacksonville Armada, Florida USA), Ricardo Adé (Santiago Morning, Chile), Alex Christian Junior (Gandzasar Kapan, Armenia), Djimmy-Bend Alexis (AS Capois), Geffrard Jems (Rovaniemi Pollera, Montreal Canada), Carlens Arcus (AJ Auxerre, France), Herold Charles Jr. (Cibao FC, Dominican Republic), Bryan Alceus (SGG Entente, France), Soni Mustivar (Neftchi Bakou, Azerbaijan), Zachary Hérivaux (Revolution club, New England), Jimmy Shammar Sanon (Ottawa Fury in USL), Duckens Nazon (St-Trond VV, Belgium), Ronaldo Damus (Real Hope Football Academy, Cap-Haitien), Derrick Étienne (Red Bulls of New York) and Frandzy Pierrot (Excel Mouscron, Belgium).

Wednesday morning at the Stade Georges Gratiant (in Lamentin, Martinique), the entire Haitian selection trained for the match of the second day of the League of Nations against the team of Saint Lucia in a week exactly. It is in the stadium "Georges Gratiant" that Grenadiers will play a training match this Thursday, October 11 at 8pm against two local clubs, Colonial and Golden Star (one half per club) https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-23751-haiti-football-concacaf-launches-the-league-of-nations.html

In spite of the sweltering heat, our Grenadiers showed envy, determination and did not balk at the exercises proposed by the technical supervision. After the physical exercises, the main part of this session was focused on the kicks stopped, and it is easy to understand that the coach Marc Collat sought to develop in his foals the automatisms in this sector of the game, whether defensively or offensively.

Recall that the League of Nations Concacaf is a new pattern of competition that concerns all the countries of the Concacaf and serves as a basis for qualifying for all competitions : Gold Cup 2019, possibly the Copa Continental 2020 (Copa America) and the 2022 World Cup. From now on every day or window Fifa, all the selections of the Concacaf are in competition in the idea of establishing a classification of the national teams which will be used as base of qualification to all the big competitions. Thus in the League of Nations all matches are of extreme importance for the qualification of the national team to the appointments of 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022.
