Haiti - FLASH : Shutdown in the USA, what services open to the American Consulate in Haiti ?

In this period of a lapse in appropriations of the U.S. Government, the Consular section of the U.S. Embassy in Haiti will be open for American Citizen Services, Non-immigrant, and Immigrant visa services.
