Entire population in the country, as the Haitians living abroad, are now awaiting the preliminary results of the second round. Expectations are huge and the speculations and hypotheses are multiplying, without anyone knowing with certainty who will be the candidate winner of the second round.
The latest rumors of fraud circulate on the streets of the capital, the discussions are lively and the tension almost palpable. Everyone hopes that whatever happens, the published result will be accepted, everyone expects ... but who really believes ?
For the second round of presidential and legislative elections in Haiti, the progress in the process at the Vote Tabulation Centre (CTV) on April 2, 2011 at 2:47pm was the following:
