Haiti - FLASH : The Senate wants to interpellate the PM before the Chamber of Deputies 17/03/2019 08:59:57
What "removes" to the lower house the possibility of interpellates the Prime Minister before the Senate IF this request for modification of date of interpellation is considered by the Primature as a priority on the letter of interpellation of the Chamber of Deputies. An order of interpellation that is important to the Prime Minister, who will certainly evaluate the probabilities of a vote of no confidence in each of the two Houses of Parliament. Note that if the upper house grants a vote of confidence to Céant, it can not be interpellated before 6 months. On the other hand, the probability of a vote of no confidence in the lower house is important, since the request for an interpellation comes from 70 deputies close to the Head of State and a vote of no confidence would cause the fall of the Prime Minister and of his Government.
