300 Haitians stranded in Chiapas
On Monday, some 300 Haitians arrived at the 21st Century Station of the National Institute of Migration in Chiapas, a state in southern Mexico, on the border with Guatemala, demanding their regularization in the country and be able to continue their journey to United States. Cooperation Chile-Haiti

Universal Accessibility Training
As part of the mission of the Office of the Secretary of State for the Integration of Persons with Disabilities (BSEIPH) aiming, inter alia, to promote universal accessibility standards with a view to contributing to autonomy and the free movement of persons with reduced mobility, two training days were organized jointly with Christian Blind Mission (CBM) in Hinche. This training brought together about thirty participants, including representatives of organizations of or for disabled people and engineers.

Meeting between the CFI and the Haitian artisanal textile sector
On Monday, a working meeting was held between the Investment Facilitation Center (CFI) and members of the Haitian textile / handicraft sector, with the aim of preparing Haiti's participation in the "Apparel Textile Outsourcing 2019" trade fair, that will be held in Miami from May 28 to 30, 2019. This fair will be an opportunity for the CFI to promote the textile and craft sectors to investors, suppliers, buyers who will attend this event.
