Haiti - Diaspora The Haitiano-Canadian Fabienne Colas named one of the most influential women in Canada
The Fabienne Colas Foundation is proud to announce that its founding President, the Haitiano-Canadian Fabienne Colas, has been named in the Top 100 Most Influential Women in Canada by the Women's Executive Network (WXN), in the category Arts, Sports and Entertainment.

"This high honor testifies of the remarkable work she has done in Canada and internationally for many years as a pioneer in promoting and supporting diversity and inclusion in the arts."

"We are celebrating 100 women who have distinguished themselves in areas ranging from arts, entertainment, sports and science," said Sherri Stevens, WXN's Executive Director, adding, "The 100 winners embody power and influence, not by their status or abilities, but rather by their way of inspiring, defending, supporting and promoting others. That's why it's important to recognize and celebrate their great achievements."

"Being one of Canada's Top 100 Most Powerful Women by WXN is a huge honor. It's also an opportunity for me to show the women of color that the glass ceilings are breaking and the possibilities are endless," said Fabienne Colas, winner of the Top 100 Award "I dedicate this award to my dedicated team at the Fabienne Colas Foundation and all visible minority women working in the shadows or trying to make their voices heard. This award encourages me more than ever to continue to eliminate barriers and build more bridges."

The winners will be honored at the Grand Prix Awards Gala at the Metro Toronto Convention Center on November 21, 2019 where more than 1,400 senior and executive professionals will be present.
