Bélizaire took advantage front of the media to reject accusations of conspiracy against the State's internal security and claim his status as leader of the opposition and political prisoner of the regime of Jovenel Moïse, who claimed to be the victim of a plot. The spokesman of the PNH denied that Arnel Bélizaire was the subject of political persecution.
