Consequently, officials born between 1965 and 1979 who can no longer meet the physical requirements imposed by the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) will be less and less in demand. Officials born between 1980 and 1989 have until the end of 2020 to comply with theoretical and physical conditioning requirements. Note that CONA has already established a training program for those who wish to continue working in the supervision of the sector either as an instructor or as a referee assessor.
