Ounaminthe : vandals set fire to cars
For a week in Ouanaminthe (Dept. Northeast) vandals have been burning private cars. At least 5 cars have already been destroyed without knowing the reasons for these acts. Victims threaten to do justice for themselves if the police do not put an end to the vehicle fires.

8 bandits arrested
Last weekend in Titanyen (West Dept.), the Haitian National Police arrested 8 armed bandits including Sunday Mackendy, a police officer (Agent I) and 7 of his accomplices (Jourdain Brunel, Jean Marck, Auximis Ernst René , Claude Jean François, Luc Lucien, Désir Felixo and Blanc Mackenson) member of a Gang operating in the Canaan and Titanyen areas, accused of having hijacked a truck belonging to the Aciérie of Haiti.

Towards a first presidential decree ?
