For her part Marie Gréta Roy Clément, the Minister of Public Health clarified "All the people who have to return home will have to undergo a quarantine at home. If the person shows symptoms, he will be taken in charge by the Ministry of Public Health [...]" The arrival of the first flights caused a lot of joy in Haiti after the interruption of commercial flights for 3 months, just like with our Dominican neighbors where 15 airlines have already scheduled 600 flights for the month of July alone.
