On Monday, June 14, 2021, unidentified heavily armed individuals broke into the Behrmann Motors dealership showroom on the airport road, automatic weapons detonations were heard, causing widespread panic and traffic paralysis.

Customers and employees of the local trading houses trapped by gunfire from the bandits were evacuated thanks to the intervention of the security forces who routed the bandits who had come to sow terror...

Specialized units of the Haitian National Police and administrative police officers have been deployed on the airport road to strengthen security.

The PNH regained control of the situation and traffic gradually resumed on Boulevard Toussaint Louverture.
