Haiti - Politic : Hector Timerman will meet with Michel Martelly tomorrow
Hector Timerman, the Argentine Minister of Foreign Affairs, will travel to Haiti on Wednesday, accompanied by the Vice Minister Alberto D'Alotto, of Diego Tettamanti, Assistant Secretary for Latin American politics and the Director of International Cooperation, Julia Levy.

During his meeting with the President Martelly, Hector Timmerman will transmit the invitation of the President of Argentina, Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner, for a meeting soon in Buenos Aires. The two men will discuss bilateral relations between the two countries. Hector Timerman will reiterate the will of the Government of Argentina to continue with the programs of cooperation and of technical support in the development in Haiti, in agriculture, food security and in the humanitarian assistance through the White Helmets. Timerman will also meet during his 24-hour visit, the Special Representative of UN Secretary General and Head of the minustah the Chilean Mariano Fernández Amunátegui and will visit, before leaving the country a hospital run by the Argentines in Port-au-Prince.
