Haiti - Arms trafficking : 5th arrest in the file of the Episcopal Church of Haiti
On Saturday January 20, 2023, as part of an operation carried out in Delmas 75 by the Office of Financial and Economic Affairs, Rubens Vilmont was arrested for his alleged involvement in the file of the Episcopal Church of Haiti relating to the trafficking of weapons and ammunition concealed in a container under the cover of the franchise held by the Church.
