Haiti - Diaspora : 17th edition Festival Haiti en Folie (Program 2023)
The complete program of the 17th edition of the Festival Haïti en Folie will take place in Montreal from July 24 to 30, 2023 indoors and outdoors : at Parc Lafontaine, Quartier des Spectacles, Jardins Gamelin, Parc des Compagnons and Théâtre Outremont. Created by the Fabienne Colas Foundation, the Festival Haïti en Folie is the largest musical festival with a multidisciplinary component of its kind outside of Haiti entirely dedicated to Haitian culture.

Having the desire to reconnect with its oldest traditions, the program will allow a return to the sources thanks to its voodoo rhythms and roots, by its desire to honor its culinary, musical and artisanal heritage.

Festival-goers will enjoy "Les 5 à 7 Haïti en Folie" with DJ Blackgold, DJ Don Barbarino and DJ Sweet Larock. Among the discoveries of this 17th edition, Naima Frank, Montrealer of Haitian origin, a quiet force that combines alternative R&B with pop and lo-fi sounds.

On July 29 and 30, Ill0 & Friends, Admiral T & Friends, BAZ Konpa and Emeline Michel will certainly make Parc Lafontaine vibrate with their most exciting rhythms and voices. Without forgetting the unmissable Rara parade of the Festival with Rara Jazz and many others…

A bold and explosive program that calls for celebration and reflects the spirit, beauty and determination of an entire people!
