Me Reynold Georges, the lawyer of President of the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP), Gaillot Dorsainvil, confirmed that his client was free of his movements "The ban on leaving the country against the President of the Provisional Electoral Council, Gaillot Dorsinvil, has been lifted and the arrest warrant canceled by the judge in chambers"

Me Reynold Georges and Me Osner Févry [defender of Adviser Ribel Pierre], have affirmed to hold an decision making the advisers free of their movements, which explains the return of Gaillot at the head of the CEP for two weeks "A court decision was rendered in favor of advisers against whom warrants had been issued. It was executed. The warrants have been canceled", explained Me Reynold Georges [which is also one of the lawyers J.C. Duvalier]...

The Government Commissioner, Me Félix Léger declined to comment on this matter, explaining that the prosecution was eager to end with the question of impunity in the country...
