Haiti - FLASH : Appointment for the VITEM 3 humanitarian visa temporarily closed - UPDATE 9am
The Brazil Visa Application Reception Center operated by (BVAC) operated by the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in Haiti informs the general public that we had to TEMPORARILY close the site for processing. appointment for the VITEM 3 humanitarian visa https://via.iom.int/appointment/booking/cavb

The number of people trying to access the platform generates traffic which congests and slows down the system. The technical team is working hard to resolve the problem and make the system operational tomorrow morning (Tuesday January 9, 2024), "we apologize for this situation and count on your understanding and patience."

In the meantime please note that it is not necessary to create an account but you will need a valid and personal email address. You will be asked for some quick personal information to make the appointment. We encourage the applicant to make an appointment directly.

You will receive information by email. Please make sure to follow them to finalize your appointment. Make sure you receive confirmation of the appointment. Making an appointment is free.

Only a fee of US$60 for file processing is required per beneficiary and payable to Sogebank once your appointment is secured.

Make sure your documents meet the requirements for filing as processing fees are non-refundable. Also make sure to include working phone numbers where you can be reached.
