Haiti - Case Bélizaire : President Martelly back to Port-au-Prince this Thursday 03/11/2011 10:41:49 It is not a coincidence that this return coincides with the interpellation session in the Senate, of Josué Pierre-Louis, Minister of Justice and Michel Brunache, the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs by the Senators, considered as responsible of the arrest, which they consider illegal, of the Deputy Bélizaire. Much uncertainty surrounds the holding of this session. According to parliamentary sources, a number of Senators signatories of this resolution, would be ready to change their position and request a postponement, to allow time for negotiations and avoid the worst... Remember that any interpellation session is concluded with a vote of confidence or a censure motion which can lead to the dismissal of the Minister concerned, or that of Prime Minister. Meanwhile, other Senators dissatisfied with the resolution of interpellation, attempts to include in the latter, the name of Me Thierry Mayard-Paul, the Minister of the Interior, Local Authorities and National Defense...
