The Ministry of Tourism, on this International Women's Rights Day called "Investing in women : accelerating the pace", renews its commitment to promoting the work of women, particularly those who operate in the tourism sector. Acting to support women who demand their fundamental rights is everyone's business. Let us invest in women and strengthen actions to give new impetus to the Haitian tourism sector. Haitian Football Federation : "Let's pay tribute to women around the world on this day of March 8, dedicated to International Women’s Day. Honor and merit to the Haitian women, to the grenadières of all categories of our national selections.” Haitian Football Federation (FHF). Haiti National Police Union : "On this March 8, 2024, the National Police Union of Haiti (SPNH-17) salutes the courage of Haitian women, especially the courageous Haitian police officers who give themselves body and soul for the Homeland. The Union salutes these police officers, trade unionists, who participated, who were committed to the creation of this prestigious defense structure for the respect of the rights of all police officers, in particular women in the police institution. On this International Women's Day, let us remember to celebrate their achievements, support their struggles for equality and recognize their invaluable importance in all aspects of society. No country can develop without the commitment and development of women." CPAUAC : "At the Collective for the Promotion of Urban Arts and Contemporary Art (CPAUAC) we believe that only an inclusive and egalitarian society can initiate change and sustainable development. May every Haitian woman and girl feel proud to be the centerpiece of change. Without you, nothing is possible. It is time for Haiti to recognize that without you, no progress is possible. In these troubled times, let's work for a fairer and more egalitarian Haiti for each of these citizens." Consulate General of Haiti in Santiago : The Consulate General of Haiti in Santiago in the Dominican Republic salutes all the women of the Haitian Community in the Cibao region and congratulates them for the results obtained in the fight for equality in recent years. Thus, in the Cibao region, we must recognize that valiant women have made considerable progress by breaking down barriers, deconstructing stereotypes and showing the path of progress towards a fairer and more egalitarian world.
