Haiti - Politic : The dashboard of the Government disclosed this week
The dashboard [roadmap] of actions of government Conille-Martelly should be made public this week, it will include the actions that intends to undertake and carry out the government in the next 12 months.

Before leaving for Caracas, Venezuela, to attend the first Summit of CELAC, the President Martelly unveiled some elements of this document "...we will start to do things at the country level, we will start creating jobs and begin the reconstruction. We have a dashboard here, which contains many programs [...] between January and March 2012, to Morne Cabri we will begin to provide 480 houses, and 200 houses to Duvivier, always in the same period we will start to renovate the Bicentenaire, of 90 million gourds, and that money, is the money of the Haitian state; we will build 10 lakes collinear for 175 million gourds (money from the State); carry out urban renovation of the town of Marmelade, 50 million gourds (money from the State); as well as of the City of Grande Rivière du Nord, adoquinage and drainage, 60 million gourds (money from the State); urban renovation of the town of Ennery, 20 million gourds (money from the State) and the urban renovation of the city of Mirebalais, 150 million gourds of public treasury. That's one page that I read, the roadmap includes a dozen of pages..."

Michel Martelly had indicated that on his return from Venezuela he would study the document "I received the document this morning, so when I get back I will study it..."

"We expect the reactions of the President and the Prime Minister before publishing the document in the press," declared Israël Jacky Cantave spokesman of the Prime Minister.

Remember that this document follows the government retreat in November at Club Indigo. "Before the end of this month, we will announce to the public that over the next 12 months, this project will begin, this project will end and the list of inventory of the activities that will serve as dashboard, both to the President of Republic, to the Parliament and to the public to keep us accountable for the promises we make [...] to be able to tell everyone, that, for example, the reconstruction of the airport will begin now and and this is when it will end, the reconstruction of the Parliament, roads, schools, health centers that have been promised, when it will begin, and when it will be completed.

With this dashboard, the public will be able to see if indeed the government moving in the direction it should move forward. We also ask the international community, to do the same work, to give us quickly an exhaustive list of projects and programs that are underway and simultaneously we say them our priorities for the next 12 months, to ensure us, that we work cohesions towards the vision of the President of the Republic and the general policy statement that I presented to Parliament.

Is something that will be made in complete harmony with all sectors, we will obviously integrate the political sector within the of good living together, whose we have speak in the statement [General Policy]. In the coming days I will form a Commission, which will work on how we can realize this pact. So basically we advance..." had declared the Prime Minister Garry Conille few days before the government retreat.
