Haiti - Jacmel : 2nd edition of the great evangelical crusade
Under the auspices of the "Ministry of Restoration", in conjunction with the League of Pastors of Southeast (LIPSE), and several churches of the region, the second edition of the great evangelical crusade was launched on Sunday in the evening and will continue until January 12, on Avenue Barranquilla of Jacmel, more precisely to the old Shell station of the city.

According to the Reverend Pastor, Dieupy Cherub, President of the LIPSE, thousands of Christians from different churches and affiliations of the Department of South-East attended the first evening, singing and praying fervently. This spiritual manifestation aims to celebrate life on the occasion of the commemoration of 12 January 2010.

In an interview granted to Haitilibre, Pastor, Dieupy Chérubin, head of the Baptist mission Hosanna of Jacmel, indicated that a march will be held in the afternoon, at the end of this crusade, this January 12, 2012 through the streets of Jacmel in memory of the terrible event that had overwhelmed the country. "This march is also an opportunity for Christians to pray for Haiti and our leaders, so that God can speak in their heart, to make an intervention vis-à-vis the victims, who still live in tents, two years after..."

The Pastor (LIPSE) wondered if there are no evil spirits that hover on Haiti and and prevent our Haitian leaders to put the country on the path of progress. "While the majority of the leaders of the country have traveled a lot, they know very well how work a serious country" clarified the religious who regrets "to over two centuries of independence, Haiti continues to flounder in poverty, despite the passage of several heads of state at the head of the country. The corruption in our institutions and the bad behavior of our youth is the result of the lack of the fear of God."

The priest, in his message to the crowd during the first evening of the crusade, invited each Haitian to take God as Savior and to apply the principles provided in the Bible. An approach, who according to him is "one of the passages obliged that can lead Haiti towards progress and development."
