Haiti - Justice : Gaillot Dorsinvil before the justice on February 1st, filed a complaint against the PNH 28/01/2012 09:21:21
In addition, the Government Commissioner, stated that Gaillot Dorsinvil had also filed two complaints at the prosecution against the National Police of Haiti (PNH). In a complaint, Gaillot accused the police to detain him at home and have seized his passport, he asks the return of his passport and the departure of the police outside his home. In another complaint Gaillot accuses the PNH to have entered in his home, up to rob him the juice in his fridge... On these complaints, the Government Commissioner declared "I must look if the rights of Gaillot Dorsinvil are respected, I will look if they [the PNH officers] have respected his freedom, in the same way, I'll see if I have the opportunity to continue..."
