Haiti - Politic : Decree naming Laurent Salvador Lamothe Prime Minister 04/05/2012 17:07:27
"Given the articles 133, 136, 137, 155, 157, 159, 160 and 163 of the Constitution ; Given the ratification on April 10 and May 3, 2012 respectively by the Senate and the Chamber of Deputies, of the choice of the President of the Republic, Mr. Monsieur Laurent Salvador LAMOTHE as Prime Minister, in accordance with the Constitution ; ARRESTS Article 1.- The Citizen Laurent Salvador LAMOTHE is named Prime Minister. Article 2.- A certified copy of this Decree will be handed to the interested. Article 3.- This Decree will be printed, published and executed for legal purposes.
