Haiti - Social : 1st Meeting of Haitian students in Venezuela 14/05/2012 17:15:30 The idea is to "promote and encourage proposals for joint projects to create systems that will ensure continuing vocational training and university both in Venezuela and Haiti," has informed the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Haiti, David Lesly. In addition, Jean F. Charles, the President of the Association of Haitians of the Central University of Venezuela (UCV), said : "This group aims to encourage and promote the initiation of a field of joint actions between our brotherly countries, Venezuela and Haiti. This allows to recognize and disseminate the formation in a positive way in various occupations in Venezuelan universities." "Several international delegations and representatives, will attend this event which promises to be the platform for future meetings and events under the principles of solidarity, complementarity, justice, brotherhood, in the unity, the ommitment and cooperation in order to contribute to the general welfare through the formation of the growth and of development of the human," concluded Mr. Jean-Charles. The integration activity will begin this Monday, May 14 at 9:00 p.m. in the lobby of the UBV, in the home "Los Chaguaramos", with the participation of the Ambassador of Haiti in Venezuela, teachers and students. This meeting want to be the joint between the Haitian Association of the Central University of Venezuela, UBV and other government agencies of national and international level, to enable self-recognition and integration of the social group composed of Haitian university students in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
