Haiti - Social : Strong intervention of the UDMO to Curtis and Maro 19/06/2012 10:08:26
Agents UDMO have used tear gas and fired shots into the air to disperse demonstrators who occupied the highway, then removed the barricades to restore traffic. According to the testimony of Rosemonde Jean, a resident of Curtis "agents UDMO used gas from motorcycles tank and burned four houses, they threw stones at passers and destroyed by bullets the banana plant of the zone, they killed a pig and damaged several motorcycles and bicycles.
