Haiti - Cuba Diaspora : The Minister Daniel Supplice to Cuba

Daniel Supplice, the Minister of Haitians living abroad is visiting Cuba from July 13 to 17 in order to identify the needs and strengthen ties with the important Haitian community installed in Cuba since the early 20th century.Haitian Minister's visit coincides with the big cultural event organized in Barranca, a city that hosted the first communities of Haitians to Cuba in 1913.
During his visit, the Minister Supplice will meet with Cuban officials, the committees of Haitian organizations to Cuba. He will visit the University of Santiago de Cuba ; will deliver a lecture at the Culture House of Barranca ; will be the special guest of the House Iberoamricana of Holguin and will also travel to Palma de Soriano.
