Haiti - Environment : Strong winds and rain, extensive damage
A storm cell, accompanied by strong winds and rain, which was formed on the Caribbean Basin, in conjunction with the passage of the 13th tropical wave, caused Monday, July 16 in middle of day, intense rain accompanied by violent winds, especially in the West, Nippes and Southeast.
