Haiti - Justice : The Bars Federation of Haiti is threatening to withdraw its representative of CSPJ 08/08/2012 11:37:46
The FBH, who support the process of contestation of four members of CSPJ, asks once again, to Me Arnel Alexis, President of CSPJ, to resume the process of deliberation of representatives of Judicial Power and threatens to withdraw its representative of CSPJ [Me Néhémie Joseph], in the case where "Me Anel Alexis Joseph, would not withdraw the judicial institution of the situation in which it is since this inappropriate choice..." Moreover, FBH denounces, of acts of intimidation whose Me Néhémie Joseph would be subject by the Government commissioners near the Courts of First Instance of the country.
