According to this plan, the ED'H target a recovery rate of around 95%, a very ambitious goal, since the recovery rate of the best electricity company in the world reaches 98%... Among other measures contained in the action plan, she announced that 110.000 meters, allowing the reading of the consumption remotely (without access to the customer's property), had already been ordered and on the other hand, a pilot project of prepaid meters would be implemented soon.
