Haiti - Environment : Sandy, Haiti in orange vigilance 23/10/2012 06:54:19 The SPGRD has therefore placed Haiti yesterday afternoon, in orange vigilance relatively to heavy seas, heavy rain and strong winds, with the risk of landslide, landslide and flooding over the major part of the country.
