Hervé Manaud, at the originally of the Foundation Rustic Superior (founded in 2010), with Adrian Gomez have decided to invest in the long term. Their goal : train professionals of the construction through training sites. The principle is simple, with the support of Adrian, technical coordinator, the students gradually learn the rudiments of the trade by building. Among the first achievements of young workers, of colorful bungalows, which give a holiday atmosphere in this vast on-site training school of seaside, Designed to accommodate the management team of Rustic Superior, hey are simple, fun, and especially adapted to the climate and seismic standards. "We make things adapted to the context and replicable," summarizes Hervé "In the future, these young people will at least, to build their own bungalow." Rather than simply learning the basics, Rustic Superior strives for excellence. "The challenge is to empower people by teaching them entrepreneurial values," explains Adrian Gomez "We eaches them how to manage a project from A to Z, make estimates, manage inventory, pay people, meet deadlines..." In little more than a year, Superior Rustic has trained forty building professionals. Because beyond his own building site school, the foundation sends workers on other sites, under cover of supplies of services for partner organizations. This is the case a few tens of kilometers away, where teachers and students are setting up a water reserve intended to supply an agricultural project.
