Haiti - Economy : Construction Project of International Port of South
This week, members of the Cabinet of the Ministry of Trade and Industry (MCI), took part in a session of presentation of project of construction of International Port of South.

Mr. Ignacio Montejo, General Manager of "Constratas Iglesia", Mr. Suarez Leopoldo and Octavio Gonsalèz, the main responsibility for this project, have during this presentation, emphasized on the important aspects of the project, the various advantages and obvious economic benefits, that it present for the country and especially for the town of St Louis du Sud, whose geographical position, according to Mr Ignacio, is "strategic", and will enable to established very good business relations with other countries.



In addition, under the policy of opening for business, advocated by the administration Martelly-Lamothe, the Minister Laleau had a successful meeting Monday, with a delegation of Swedish investors in the new premises of the Ministry located at Metropolitan Park (SONAPI).
