Haiti - Social : Digicel apologizes to give bad service... 07/12/2012 11:59:16 The company states that these problems are the result of extensive program of network integration of Voilà, of the deployment of new 4G services and update of its current network. In order to address and resolve the root causes of service issues, Digicel has conducted a comprehensive review of the network and has identified a number of problems, whose particularly, a large number of dropped calls, which are the causes of poor quality of service offered to customers. Thus, Digicel is currently conducting an accelerated program of system improvements to address problems in the shortest possible time and in the meantime, the network performance continues to improve. This improvement program will be completed before Christmas.
