Haiti - Politic : CEP, 4th meeting, the President will meet with MPs
This Thursday was held the 4th meeting of the Commission bicameral of Legislative Power (created to follow up of discussions on the implementation of the Electoral Council) with the representatives of Executive Power and the mediators of "Religion for Peace".

At the end of the meeting, the Reverend Joseph Stanley, the representative of the Episcopal Church of Haiti and a member of the platform Religion for Peace reported being very satisfied with the process and that the President of the Republic would meet the majority group [PSP] of the chamber of Deputies, to see how they can get involved as part of the agreement sought "...we are very happy at the level of Religion for Peace, [...] as part of negotiations, within the framework of the dialogue process which began for some time with the powers of the State, we want to take the occasion to commend all the efforts that have been made ​​within the framework of these dialogues and we are able to say that we are very, very advanced in the efforts being made, and we believe that these efforts aim to improve the lives of the population.

In this way through this process that requires the involvement of all, that requires the participation of all sectors of the society and we know that today that to find an agreement between all Haitians, it is necessary that all sectors participate in this way with the majority group in the Chamber of Deputies, ourselves as mediator within this process we believe it is important that the majority group is involved, then the President of the Republic, Joseph Michel Martelly, has pledged to talk with these gentlemen and ladies to see how they can get involved as part of the agreement that we seek, to allow that in the coming Christmas , in the end of the year, he population is able to catch his breath and see more clearly in front, especially in a time when we know that it is important that all Haitians come together to find ways to be able to change the life in this country, changing society..."
